BlkTouch is a premium adult content platform that was experiencing significant user drop-off during sign-up and conversion processes. A comprehensive UX audit revealed critical issues in authentication flows, navigation structures, and content organization. As the UX Content Strategist, my role was to develop clear terminology, improve information architecture, craft effective microcopy, and establish content guidelines that would enhance the overall user experience and increase conversions.
